We used simplefloors.com to redo our second floor. Their prices were excellent. We purchased their 12mm laminate flooring. For a first time diy floor project the installation went pretty smoothly.
For painting a 2200 sqft home, we spent ~$1K on paint and supplies. We used Behr.

Can anyone recommend a good Temecula contractor that can do bathroom tile/travertine/shower as well as fireplace refacing? I would be happy to do the labor myself, but I’m so anal retentive that it would take me 3 days to do what an experienced person could do in 3 hours.
