Referral for Attorney?

Hello All,
I am in need of an attorney for someone I know. Divorce is done, and there has been a judgement. The attorney on the case has retired.

There is a problem with the townhouse. Ex-wife refuses to sign a quit claim deed, wants the money first. Need just a basic attorney to file with the court to get the court to sign the quit claim deed so the refi can progress.

Does anyone have any recommendation? No one fancy, just competent.

What does the MSA stipulate?

Maybe best to avoid the attorney and talk nicely to the ex-wife. Ask her to attend closing so she can sign the quitclaim then. And pay her at that time.
