    BTW: I have a friend that purchased from Heights after the auction. Apparently, some of them didn't go through, and he was able to pick one up below what  people paid at the auction. Doh! to all the auction purchasers.

    Thanks SDR!.. As I suspected, most of the auction bidders were shills from the company that just bumped up the price. No wonder my friend was able to buy a unit much cheaper after the auction. I think he paid 20-30k less than auction price.

    Anyway, I'll wait for the Heights to get more desperate. Perhaps in the distance future a 2/2 will end up in the low 300ks.
