Record Low House Price??

Greetings all,

I found the below house on redfin.

It’s a stand-alone house in Mira Mesa, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom that sold in Dec. of ’07 for $198,000. It doesn’t look like there is anything wrong with it; I was just pleasantly surprised to see the sales price. Is there anywhere else to check to confirm that this isn’t a typo?
If it is true, this maybe a recent record. I’d have to do some number crunching but at that price: mortgage and taxes may be close to my rent now. Perhaps the time is coming soon for me to own my first house. What do you think?
