Recommendations for gutter contractor

I was hoping someone could recommend a contractor to do some installation and upgrading of gutters and downspouts. I had been trying to work with one company that my wife has worked with before, but they have completely flaked on me and will not return my calls or email.

We haven’t used them yet, but got a quote from these guys. Jose seemed professional, reasonably priced, and was good about following-up on the call and getting here on time, etc. He is also licensed and bonded (according to him, haven’t checked with the CSLB yet).
