    anyone have an agent in Bay area they can recommend to sell a home?

    not interested in the usual “you can do it yourself” posts.

    Considering unloading a home there and do a 1031 exchange into 2 or 3 SFH homes here in North County.

    San Francisco Bay Area?
    I know two people in the Peninsula. One is more aggressive. The other more laid back. Both good and professional.

    Hi all, been a few years since I posted here but good to see some of the “regulars” are still around. To piggyback on flu’s post, I’m also looking for a buyers agent in the bay area (south bay to be exact). If anyone has any recommendations please PM me. Thanks.
