Can someone recommend a good, experienced contractor for odd jobs? I think they should be getting pretty hungry by now so prices should be reasonable. Even the people at Home Depot (my 3rd home after the library 🙂 keep harassing me with “free esimates”.
I need:
My A/C checked, it might need freon or a new compressor
Vents cleaned
Tile re-grouted
Floor tile fixed/replaced
Bathroom sinks replaced
re-paint bathroom
Fix crack in tub, add glass doors
Put in moulding
electrical wiring to my unwired attic room
That’s all I can think of for now!
Disclaimer: I’m very much a DIY guy but if the price is right I’ll hire. I don’t have a lot of free time and am getting tired of the chipped sink/dirty grout etc.
I could go on craigslist but want one you’ve had experience with.
