ParticipantI’ll be up in Murrieta for Pop Warner tomorrow. Too bad I have the young’uns with me, these wineries sound uhhh appealing, and my wine knowledge is nil. I wonder if I could trade in the succubus for an upgrade… Ah nevermind it would all be just too expensive and the newer model would probably want a house. My legacy model at least is convinced that we shouldn’t buy even while touring homes 2 or 3 times a week “just for fun”. Trying convince a new bride/thirty-something hottie to wait the market out would be too much work.
Actually around here, I continue to be floored and left with gaping jaw by the forty-somethings… and I am not 40 yet. Go Coogs. I can’t afford all those fancy upgrades for the Mrs. unless there is a guy in TJ who can hook me up.

ParticipantAnother 2 points for using the word “succubus” and an additional point if it was obtained from a Southpark episode of the same name. Cardiff is tearing it up tonight, and yes, Go Coogs. Cardiff, do you realize the irony for a piggingtonian to even mention the concept of a new bride. Perhaps you failed to run the rent vs own calculator, in this market renting is the smart move in real estate as well as other areas of one’s life. BTW, “legacy model” I love that phrase, with permission I am going to add it to my vocabulary, it fits in with my signature “OEM” usage.
