    Does anyone know how fast they are processing these appeals right now? Something tell me they wont be too eager to calculate less revenue in the future.

    Has anyone used these services for 40.00?:

    I went to the site and it said I could be saving

    over 1350 a year…

    SD County has our house assessed at 320K, this site says $183,600…

    Homes are selling for between 220K to 280K

    Anyone used that site? I do not mind paying the $40.00 if it might lower our taxes…

    The service really does not provide any extra value that you could not perform yourself. The link posted earlier in this thread gets you the form. If you need comps there are plenty here that can help you. UR found some for Donaldduck so he woul dprobably help you to.
