ParticipantSD realtor. I am simply trying to understand the transaction. I would think the 679206.12 is what was owed on the original loan note.
It went to auction with an opening bid of 3t51158 and through he bid process sold for 358100.
There are many transactions where there is no sale or a variety of different codes that I am unfamiliar with.
