SD Realtor
ParticipantI had a listing in Carmel Valley a few years ago. The seller was not doing well and had some health issues. After a few months on the market it became hard to reach her. I went to the home and I noticed a very bad smell when I reached the front door.
Needless to say you can guess the rest.

Not sure if that is the wierdest but it does stand out in my memory

Yikes! Definitely weird. Did the place eventually sell? How much do things like that affects home value?

ParticipantNot the home was not sold. It was part of the family trust and the family hung onto it and used it as a rental. Death on the property is a definite disclosure.
