I am surprised at the apathy regarding this. This is unethical that the agent representing YOU (and your firm) not only knew the buyer but was married to the buyer – I see this as the same as if he were buying the property himself. I would notify your company and more importantly notify the proper agency (CA Association of Realtors? Who is in charge of licensing realtors?)
