I would suggest to him that a major corporation is willing to spend up to $50K in legal fees to make sure he gets his license revoked and possibly put in jail.

Yes, I agree with this, too. Definitely need to have a quick chat, or send a quick email to the legal dept at your company. That is the best starting place and it will cover your butt as well.
