Just noticed that the Real Estate Disposition Corp. is having another San Diego auction next weekend. Unfortunately today is the last day to view the homes, but I suppose you could still drive by any of them during the week.
Most of them probably sold recently and have a history of listings in the MLS with pictures. Maybe you can get can get someone to show you or e-mail you those that you want to track?

For clarification I meant that the previous owner in most cases purchased them recently and the listings would be in the archives with pictures.

I visited their website to see if there were reserves on the properties, or if banks were allowed to bid up prices (this was present in the last auction we saw a few months ago). I did not find anything that addressed this, do any of you know if this auction will have unknown reserves and/or if banks are bidding up prices?
If not, I view the auction as a way to kind of see where the market is right now.
