It would behoove those who would satirize the style of others to have a fair grasp of word meanings and the principles of style themselves. Once again, this is just my opinion. No offense is intended to anyone in particular.

Participant“Taxes $700” YOUR taxes will be $6,000, welcome to inflation hell.
“Monthly Payment $2,400” Hee, hee with the enormous taxes you’ll have to pay, and, oh, yeah, insurance the mortgage company will require, too, make that $3,200. Oh, yeah, there is that monthly HOA fee and they require you to keep the lawn and exterior looking like a fancy hotel. Just empty your bank account monthly for the joy of living here.
“Florida Room” The scumbag owner closed in the screened porch to up his square-footage-under-air meaning you’ll never get any fresh air into the house.

ParticipantVery good. My personal peeves are “dollhouse” or “storybook cottage” (only a very skinny couple could stand living here) and “sparkling pool” (unless the house has been abandoned for awhile, all pools sparkle in the sun). I also hate houses that turn into humans (“The entryway warmly greets you into this majestic estate”), the use of ALL CAPS or Improper Capitalization (“You Must See This Spectacular Property!” Oh, and too many exclamation points. “Three bedrooms! Three baths!” THANKS FOR LETTING ME RANT!
