1) If you have assets worthy of losing, it’s not worth it to pick the cheapest legal advice route. You do get what you pay for
2) Never take what people post on a forum as correct. Do your own due diligence. The forums might give you some initial good ideas, but you really owe it to yourself to followup with your own research.
Time and time again, someone posts something here, and a lawyer or someone in the know rebuffs that saying that’s not correct…So again, take what lawyers/pro say, and really seek pro advice.
You wouldn’t try to fix your own car based on what someone posts on a blog would you? (Ok, I do…But that’s another point).
