ParticipantFWIW about a year and a half ago I said there would be 4% 30 year fixed rates for refis as well as purchasers and was called a bit nuts around here. Looks like I was shooting too low.

We had this discussion. I was saying 3%, and I recall you were saying no way….I’m not so sure anymore.
Anyone else think we might actually see something like 1%?

We had this discussion. I was saying 3%, and I recall you were saying no way….I’m not so sure anymore.
Anyone else think we might actually see something like 1%?

ParticipantI wouldnt rule out 3%. If that happened my future 335 could evolve into an M3:)
