Rancho Chula Vista and Chula Fe are pretty nice too. Then there is Tijuana if those are racing cats.

To people that are new to the area, (i’ve only been in SD for 3 years) they look very similar. Both are away from San Diego, inland, and have a lot of new/newer housing stock.
If I was forced to choose, I would never live in Chula Vista, just too close to the border.

To people that are new to the area, (i’ve only been in SD for 3 years) they look very similar. Both are away from San Diego, inland, and have a lot of new/newer housing stock.
If I was forced to choose, I would never live in Chula Vista, just too close to the border.
