See Spring Housing prediction I posted in November. it will tell you everything you need to know.
I’m noodling over my Fall/Winter prediction so stay posted. It’ll be a doozy.

May 19, 2009 at 9:51 AM #402677AnonymousGuestWe have been trying to find a house in PQ for months. Most of the ones under $500K are short sales. Any that are not short sales are sold immediately above the asking price. The last one that we put in an offer on had at least 13 offers within a few days of being listed. We lost it despite our offer being at the top of the listing range. It’s crazy!
