ParticipantEven the median RPQ homes (500k) are seeing a lot of activity. Why is inventory so low? It’s especially low if you consider a lot of these listings are short-sales (buyer’s nightmare).

GuestWe have been trying to find a house in PQ for months. Most of the ones under $500K are short sales. Any that are not short sales are sold immediately above the asking price. The last one that we put in an offer on had at least 13 offers within a few days of being listed. We lost it despite our offer being at the top of the listing range. It’s crazy!
