GuestI rent a house and have been following the home’s property tax payments (or lack thereof) because I know the landlord is under significant financial strain.
I noticed today that the property tax is now listed as “Roll Closed” under the “Specify Amount(s) to Pay” column on the county treasurer’s web site.
I’ve searched for information about what this means (e.g., the repercussions), but haven’t been able to locate much information. Any information about what this means would be appreciated.
