So I’ve been following a foreclosed house for some time now, mainly because we used to be renting it. According to the SDtreastax site, the “Tax Roll 2007/2008 is closed”. They haven’t paid property taxes in a year and the auction was June 19th. Does that mean it’s no longer their property?
