rickt – I didn’t really address your comment about square footage b/c I feel you do not know each person’s knowledge and to make a blanket statement like that was inaccurate.
Today I came upon a property on a street that I’ve been watching and I want to share it on this board, but particularly on this thread b/c you will see/notice in the comments in September, before you even posted your comment, I addressed square footage.
FYI – I look at the sf of house and lot and comps and distressed properties and sales, etc.
