GuestI would like to buy 2 more rentals or so in San Diego in the next 2 years, real estate clubs and seminars are a good place to network with other investors, realtors, real estate lawyers, etc.(it is easy to make a mistake if you do it on your own).
There are 3 real estate clubs in San Diego, the biggest one is http://www.sdcia.com/.
