December 6, 2007 at 10:23 PM #111204CoronitaParticipantSDR, yes actually I heard from my realtor several people dont pay prop taxes for 3-4 years intentionally. I didn't understand the logic to that, but i guess some feel they can beat the penalties by sticking the money elsewhere.
