What do you guys know about these new houses in Santee? They sell for about $400K.

I think their Flash player for floor plans is lame. You can’t even resize it so you have to scroll around in a dinky little window to view the plans. Who uses Flash instead of PDF?

Seriously, if they can’t even spend a few grand to build a nice website to sell their homes, what kind of quality are the homes going to be?
