ParticipantLol, they’re never happy if you’re happy. One of my favorite lines, “The next time I feel like getting married, I’m just going to find a woman I don’t like, and buy her a house.”

ParticipantIn my experience, “stable female” is an oxymoron, akin to “jumbo shrimp”. Sure they exist, but it is more relative than anything else.

ParticipantTG, my father finds nothing more relaxing than working his land. Battling the rabbits for control of the grass, “mustard gasing” (roundup) of the weeds, constant relocation/pruning of any yard inhabitant, maximizing green-land with a minimum of water…… He gets to play “war” and be the general. Unfornatually, when home I or my brother get to be “pfc workhorse”. My mother couldnt care less what he does with the yard as long as she doesnt have to help and gets fresh tomatoes and lemons most of the year.
Someday I have hopes to be promoted to general of my own little “battle ground”.May 2, 2008 at 3:43 PM #197998DWCAP
