GuestYou can do this on your own. But it’s the same theory why people pay an accountant to do their taxes. To maximize their returns or try to limit what is owed.
Someone here mentioned my company http://www.cataxrefunds.com. We are appraisers, we have not been turned down on any case so far for the 2007/2008 tax year.
