This is countered with a lack of inventory and a government that will throw the baby out with the bathwater in terms of trying to reinflate the market. How the inventory is disposed will be an interesting scenario.
I remember the last time I tried to suggest that the government is trying their best to re-inflate the bubble. That didn’t end too nicely for me :-). Good luck to you sdr.October 13, 2009 at 10:42 AM #468276anParticipant
This is countered with a lack of inventory and a government that will throw the baby out with the bathwater in terms of trying to reinflate the market. The latter would certainly seem much more difficult to achieve and suggestions that the recent rebound in the housing market represents any sustainable progress to that end would seem premature.
