ParticipantI had no idea that unemployment was that bad in San Diego.
It is that bad, in fact I suspect it may be worse. Part-time, under-employed are not counted in the figures.

ParticipantAs unsustainable as it would seem, it appears the government has a vested interest in sucking all the tax money it can in one way or another…from us. City governments definitely have a vested interest in keeping property assessment values high.
