ParticipantI agree with pat.wait. I saw a rental conversion advertised on the Sunday realty channel listed at $96. K. on Bradley. This is not a good area by any means and it was probably a dump, but it is a lot cheaper than what you are looking at, so I would say, keep looking or make a very, very low offer.
