Can anyone help me find information on this development other than what the salespeople are saying? How many of these units have actually been sold (closed escrow)? How fast are they selling? And does Priest Development have the financial strength to build out all 103 planned units?
Also, would it be a mistake to purchase one of these units now for $400K? Are there other comparable projects that might be a better deal?
Any information would be greatly appreciated, or if you can steer me in the right direction to research it myself.

I agree with pat.wait. I saw a rental conversion advertised on the Sunday realty channel listed at $96. K. on Bradley. This is not a good area by any means and it was probably a dump, but it is a lot cheaper than what you are looking at, so I would say, keep looking or make a very, very low offer.
