$311 psf does seem like alot for an inland property.
Ranch Bernardo is mid-level community, we’re going to see prices dropping as the Alt-As and prime start defaulting as the employment stays stagnant.

That particular neighborhood will probably reach 25-30% off, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for anything more. Both hp and sony would have to fire everyone before that would happen. Those two have been hanging in there.
