Looks like a successful flip of a wamu REO in Chula Vista.I am assuming that the “merchandiser” didn’t do much in the way of repairs because the REO sale closed 11-26-2007. The place was turnkey.Sold fast.

1308 Silver Hawk got a Notice of Default on December 7th, this could explain lack of recent activity. Sold in Dec 2005 for $1.057m, cash-out refinance in Sep 2006 (took out 100k). His neighbors include 3 REOs, one guy who just got a NOD last month, and two guys attempting short sales just for the heck of it.
2410 Wishing Star is not in default (yet).
