My husband and I have a 9 month old and are looking at the Via Cabezon – La Tortola – Paseo Montril area of PQ. Is this a good area? Are other areas of PQ better? Thanks for any advice. We just moved here from the east coast.

I think that is a decent area. Park Village is better, on the other side of Black Mountain. Camino Del Sur area is the best area, currently, but you will have Mello-Roos there.

Molly if you just moved here do you mind if I ask whether you have been renting or not? Also what is driving you guys to search in PQ? Have you guys been here long and if so have you been renting and where have you been renting?

I will post some info on the Cabezon home in a few minutes?

We’re renting in Sabre Springs. We have been here since November. Looking in PQ because we have heard it is family friendly and there are bigger lots (we have 3 dogs). Just wondering if it’s a good area because I can’t really tell just from looking at it. I did drive around parts where there seemed to be a lot of people standing around in the streets. I wasn’t too keen on that.

We came from a neighborhood that is really tight knit and we are looking for the same sort of thing. We are also looking to be in a good school district and near a nice park where we can walk or bike to.
