About 150-200 ft. as measured via Google Earth. One more house to the corner, then across the street, then a bit of greenbelt, then bzzzt!
I grew up in a town where many high-end homes were built near or even under power lines, so I guess I’m a bit desensitized to the controversy.
10% imho doesn’t seem too much. In fact, I’d say 15%, but that’s just me pulling a number out of my ass. Homes in Torrey Hills right near power lines seem to sell in the 850-900’s when other homes of comparable size were selling for $1mil, if I recall
In this market, the number of folks looking at that home is going to be much less, especially if buyers can be picky.
