Poway Neighborhoods

I am looking to buy a home in the Poway area, but I am not familiar with the area. What are the different neighborhoods within Poway. Any street delineations or maps of different neighborhoods would be appreciated.

Which neighborhoods are the nicer part of Poway?

Poway is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the county. You have very rural places that are very cool like High Valley… you have multi million dollar homes off of Old Coach. You have low income housing, you have cool places like Sunrise Ranch. You have Arbolitos, you have pretty shabby areas as well. Rent something in Poway and get a feel for it. Scripps Ranch and Escondido and Rancho Bernardo/penesquitos border Poway and you may end up liking those areas better than others. Infact if the reason your looking is off Scripps Poway parkway, you may actually be closer to Scripps or Rancho Bernardo than alot of Poway.
