I thought this thread was wrong from the start but kept my comments to myself, still have not sold any stocks to date. Going to keep hanging in waiting for the big “We did it” announcement regarding the F.C. Will be a bogus deal that does nothing other than getting the politicians off the hook for now.

It never drop to 11k but it did drop ~800 points in 9 days. Did you get in and took advantage of the buying opportunity?

I got in two days ago at NXPI at $23.5 after I sold at 26.50… I sold again today at $25.50… Heh heh… Also, did this in my IRA account, so no tax hit for me in 2012 🙂

This past month is my one of my luckiest month in awhile. I got out of SOXL in 11/6 and bought SOXS, then got out of SOXS and bought SOXL on 11/16. Still holding on SOXL right now. Did all of this in my 401k and IRA, so no tax for me either :-D.

Kinda funny because two weeks ago, schwab gave me 50 free trades for rolling money in versus getting a $200 credit/kindle fire/apple gift card… I blew through that pretty quickly in a few days…That was fun..
