I don’t want California to suffer an earthquake. I don’t want anyone to be scared. Just be prepared! (Don’t be scared – be prepared, instead.)

2962 Rosecrans sold for 420k, 2003 pricing. But factor in the interest rate being lower than in 2003, it’s not too bad. But that’s one heck of a busy street. Nevertheless, still a low price.

ParticipantHouses like Ullman are getting hit extra hard. Its a 3 story 1600 sq ft home. Its like living in an elevator shaft. It took close to a year to sell a turkey like that. Same goes for a house sititng on a street like Rosecrans. In a market like this the good looking prom dates get all the attention and the dogs are left lingering.
Not saying they arent out there but show us a more desireable house and you’ll have a stronger case.
