ParticipantMan, this thread is a blast from the past (for me). That property on Elliott is right up my alley. Definitely shows that Point Loma’s come down. Still expensive, but getting there…

Participant
I assume this is your way of telling me I’m right?
(because I am)
I certainly wasn’t operating under the assumption that the land at liberty station was actual shiny (dirty?) new land. I’ll leave that to the UAE.
Nope, they didn’t “discover” build-able land. I assume when you say “discover” build-able land, you mean it wasn’t build-able there before. So, please do tell, was there buildings there before? If so, wasn’t it build-able already?March 8, 2011 at 3:40 PM #675064an

ParticipantYes, I was speaking in tongues, deliberately.
Sunset views – tiki torches in red horizon, then unload the house ASAP.
Massive die-off of fish around Contra Costa today. Could be billions of fish -just plain dead. Sunset views and dead fish – wait…hmmmmm, hmmmmm, let me look at crystal ball…..
Dead fish and amazing red-tiki-torched sunsets- are those precursors to a massive quake in California? I don’t want to alarm anybody, I am just asking a hypothetical question.
No need for black helicopters circling my house – I am just asking myself questions, much like speaking in tongues. All I know is that housing “recovery” is dead in San Diego – much like the billions of dead fish in California – that’s what my crystal ball says.
My heart is very heavy over the millions (billions) of dead fish.
