Wow. I’d give anything to see 2001 prices in our area. We are still very much in bubble territory, for the most part. At least, that’s how sellers are pricing things around here.

Wow. I’d give anything to see 2001 prices in our area. We are still very much in bubble territory, for the most part. At least, that’s how sellers are pricing things around here.

Originally asking $899,000 to $959,000. Sold for 639k I still have to say I am surprised at these price reductions. I have not come across many NODs in this ZIP compared to others.
