    Since the listing says the house “needs everything,” I’m guessing it could be a pretty expensive fix? Either way, that is definitely a fantastic price!

    If the house was listed at 299k, jstoesz would be all over it at 200k 🙂

    All jokes aside, the high-end in PL got torched last year and this listing on Curtis may be a squishdown.

    Bear in mind that the house on Curtis is a short sale with close to a $1M loan on it. They can put whatever asking price they want on it. What the lender will actually accept could be an entirely different matter. Bear in mind also that while its an experienced agent. the agent is an East County agent who may not be aware of coastal values and did not set an appropriate asking price on it. Lots of unknowns there.
