Participant
sdr – why do you continually taunt CAR? It seems a little incredible to me that in all of that ZIP code and the direction the market is heading that CAR will not find a home that suits her at a price that makes sense. The high end is just now starting to see declines as in 92103 and 92106. Anyway, I’d like this thread to be more about the reductions seen in these ZIPs rather than you antagonizing CAR.
We have a difference of opinion and she sends as much my way as I send hers. Time will tell who is right.
You have no idea what is happening on the high end. The declines arent just starting they have come in earnest and now exceed the declines in the low and mid range in many cases.

I may not have an idea what’s happening in your hood. I certainly have a very good idea what’s happening on the high end in the ZIPs I monitor. I’ve been seeing some real declines not seen in the past few years.December 30, 2010 at 9:15 PM #646481jpinpb

ParticipantPlease reference the thread YOU started on the Shadetree home which just sold 42% below its new price without landscaping. Factor that in and its almost 50% off. Is that a decline that is just starting?
