ParticipantLooks like another hit in Point Loma. 311 San Fernando sold for 900k, 25% off 2003 price. This is in La Playa. This is not in the flight path. I think they got a good deal. Prices coming down in PL. Not an isolated case.

Participantit looks like it is in that sweet spot I have been talking about the last 2 years. Anything above approx 850K is a buyers market. Below that is still a sellers market. While you see good deals up in those price ranges dont expect to see the same kind of deals below 600K
