I dont think that is too low if there isnt an offer. the key is to get them to submit the offer. The short sale lender will set the price, not the seller, not the listing agent and not the buyer. Id say it was worth a shot. NO risk there in making an offer.

What shall I do if my agent does NOT want to submit such a low offer because in his opinion it doesn’t have a chance and I am completely out of touch with RE reality?
