Im a Bugs and PerryChase fan…… I cant respond anywhere near as knowledgeable as those two most often do, in these sometimes hotly debated issues, it is a pleasure to read them.
Lets not forget our TWO real estate resources also, SDR and SD Realtor….you guy's are great also.
All of their views are concise, well grounded and thought provoking for me and undoubtedly many others too. And how about that Rich Toscano ? ….He is Da Man !!
There are many other excellent posters here too I have neglected to mention, and I apologize for it.
This place is a breath of fresh air for me, I spend too much time on the keyboard and not enough time on my surfboard anymore, but I cant seem to pull myself away from it, when I do reach maximum sensory overload, I ALWAYS come home to Piggington's for a return to sanity. At least here most everyone sees through the B.S offered to us as news anymore and I dont feel like Iam going crazy from the contradictory nature of it.
A tip O' the hat to ya's….Keep it up, its deeply appreciated in this crazy world of "spin".
