So I think next one should be an evening happy hour. That Callahan’s place is no longer an option… I tried to meet someone there a couple months ago on a Wed night and there was a 45 minute wait to get in. It seems to have caught on with the Mira Mesa youth.
Anyone have ideas for a good happy hour venue? Criteria would be:
– Enough space for a potentially large but undetermined number of people
– Un-noisy enough that we can hear each other’s scintillating and immensely insightful observations
– Reasonably central/traffic friendly
– Availability of fermented beverages (yogurt smoothies don’t count)
