ParticipantI’m not sure who SDNB is but its not and never was their financial partner on this project.
The broker commission is on the proforma on as totally different line item. They don’t have to take that to their financial partner for approval-just the deal.
You won’t close a new home with mechanics liens, but there are always liens during construction.
