Phone Internet Cable

Could anyone recommend a good antena for the 4s ranch area near Monterey Ridge Elementary? My $10 digital antena can only receive CBS and ABC but these two require different angels and me holding the antena up in a specific location in midair 🙂

We have Time Warner Cable internet only. (I think it’s $53 a month) We don’t pay for any Cable TV but get the basic channels by simply plugging in a digital tv to the cable line.

Looked into an over the air receiver but since we can’t get any radio stations where we are (on the west side of Mt Soledad in LJ) I assumed we probably wouldn’t get any TV signal either.

Dropped our home phone since our cell phones work from the house.

Read that and realized it is a great tip. Same day I ordered the Samsung BD-C6500, ordered Netflex $9/month, and also cut out $50 in monthly services off my DISH Network bill.

I am so sick of paying over $100/month for DISH Network.

One thing I don’t understand are those who get HD packages from a cable provider instead of through dish provider.

When we decided to pay for HD package, we had cable and we overlapped that with satellite (DISH Network) service for a month, before dropping cable. So we had a month to compare the Comcast HD package to the DISH Network HD package, viewed alternatively on same big screen LCD.

The DISH Network HD picture was way clearer and brighter and sharper than the Comast HD picture. Comcast blamed weak signal, came out and measured cable signal was exceptionally strong, so that couldn’t have been the root cause.

I live in Carmel Valley and this antenna picks up all channels. Since I live in an apartment, I have it indoor. It works better outside. I tried three antennas before settling with this one. It is great. Read the reviews in Amazon too.
