“Pending – do NOT continue to show” apparently removes, or makes invisible a listing on the MLS. Does anyone know under what circumstances this occurs, and whether other brokers can see this happening?
Pending means the house is in escrow and under contract to be sold. As long as the buyer lives up to terms of the contract the property is not available to other buyers.
