Pell Place was built in 2005 and 2006 (depending on which building, as there are 3 buildings). The first building at Pell Place was complete in 2005 and that is when the first homeowners moved in. Some other condos in/around Del Mar Heights, Del Mar Highlands, and Carmel Valley are “condo-conversions”… meaning they were originally built for apartment living and then converted into condos for purchase. Pell Place is not a condo-conversion. It was planned, built, and sold as new construction for individual condo purchase. Hope this is helpful.

Damnit…I just spent all my money buying homes in SkyRanch- Santee…Because I was told they aren’t building anymore more homes there either and because it’s La Jolla adjunct and only 10 minutes away from La Jolla….

Damnit…I just spent all my money buying homes in SkyRanch- Santee…Because I was told they aren’t building anymore more homes there either and because it’s La Jolla adjunct and only 10 minutes away from La Jolla….
