Parking for the US Open

This will be my first time going to the US Open. My friends from OC and I are going on Saturday. I just moved to Carmel Valley from OC so I am not sure where is the most convenience parking for going to Torrey Pines.

The USGA website suggests that you go to Qualcomm Stadium and take a shuttle to the course.

Are there shuttles somewhere in Carmel Valley or Del Mar that I and my friends can take?

How about parking in the businesses around Torrey Pines?

Are these signs up right now? I might go and check to see which is closest to my apartment.
