we're seeing quite a range in asking prices within saratoga!
Obviously, this person/family is tagging on the cost of putting in that pool and other landscape onto the price of his/her/their home + seller commission.
Sale history says purchase price was
$1,124,130 Only problem is that no one told them that 3000+sqft homes in CV are selling well in this price range, and most of those "improvements" they did won't carry over into the resale price.
I said it before, some Pardee owners are in denial.
