Cost of paint depends on the brand of paint. Sherman Williams is high quality, more expensive than say Bher or the lowes brands.
My lady will tell you that good paint is worth it. We got a 5 gallon Sherman Williams bucket for 150 I believe. We had a coupon so I recommend signing up for those on their site if you like their paint.
